The Golden’s Bridge Hounds hosted their Opening Day Saturday, October 7 at Baxter Preserve in North Salem. About 40 riders on horseback gathered in the misty rain just before 8:00 a.m. for the annual event, which includes a Blessing of the Hounds followed by a fox hunt through the Preserve. GBH has been carrying on the traditions of fox hunting since 1924.
